The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia is currently accepting applications for:

Corporate Relations & Special Events Manager, Full-time permanent
The Corporate Relations and Special Events Manager is responsible for supporting the development, solicitation and fulfillment of the Foundation’s corporate relationships related to special events and cause marketing promotions. The Manager is also responsible for the revenue goals associated with the Open Heart Open Golf Classic, Third Party events and new business development initiatives as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Revenue development experience
· Experience in the cultivation, solicitation and fulfillment of corporate sponsorship
· Excellent planning, organizational and research skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgment with attention to detail
· Experience in special event management and volunteer coordination
· Strong computer/technical skills including Word, Excel, E-mail and Database knowledge
· Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
· Role related experience 2-4 years
